Our Founder

History

C.K. McConkey, Inc. was incorporated in 1975 by our founder Charles Kenneth McConkey, Sr. at 3314 Perry Street, Mt. Rainer, Maryland.  In 1986, C.K. McConkey retired from the business.  C.K. McConkey & Sons was then created.  Three brothers then managed the family business for 20 Years.  The company is currently owned by President, Scott McConkey.  Scott McConkey has been with the business since graduating from the University of Maryland in 1986.  Scott managed the company and also worked with tools.  With over 30 Years of experience, Scott has both the experience and knowledge to provide quality workmanship and continue our founders philosophy of excellent customer service.
